Godot Rosso

Godot never appears in Beckett's work. It's a wine of waiting: to be sipped while waiting for something beautiful to happen or for an important meal, but above all it's a treat we allow ourselves while waiting for all the wines to come.
GODOT BIANCO and GODOT ROSSO, both wines come from the same vineyard in the center of Gioia del Colle, where red and white grapes are mixed on half a hectare of pergola.

We believe in healthy, regenerative and diversified agriculture. Our natural wines are commitment and passion in a bottle without compromise, from the vineyard to the glass. We use only indigenous yeasts, we proceed by spontaneous fermentation and without clarifications and additives; we add small quantities of sulfur dioxide if necessary.
