Mountain wines

Matteo Furlani is a wine artisan who combines tradition and innovation in his winery. His vineyards, covering 6 hectares between the slopes of the Vigolana Plateau and the hills of the city of Trento, are located on predominantly calcareous soils at an altitude of 720 meters. Pavana, Lagarino bianco, and Valderbara are just some of the native grape varieties that Matteo wanted to revive and which were slowly disappearing; these are joined by traditional international grape varieties such as Muller Thurgau, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Matteo takes care of them according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, with pesticides and herbicides banned. Natural, simple, refined wines with personality, reflecting the combination of environmental quality and wine quality.
