The Andrea Occhipinti farm was founded in 2004 on the northwestern shore of Lake Bolsena, in the heart of Tuscia, a region with a rich history and winegrowing tradition. Our vineyards cover 5 hectares of hilly terrain at an altitude of 450 meters and are located in a unique environment characterized by volcanic soils and the temperate microclimate of the lake.

Our philosophy is based on the promotion of indigenous grape varieties, in particular Aleatico and Greghetto Rosso, two exceptional varieties that reflect the identity and richness of this area. After rediscovering and restoring old, abandoned vineyards, we passionately dedicated ourselves to producing authentic and environmentally friendly wines.

We cultivate our vineyards using certified organic methods, with full respect for the environment and biodiversity. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, with only the best grapes being carefully selected. In the wine cellar, we use traditional but innovative winemaking techniques, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention to preserve the integrity of the grapes and bring out the best of the terroir.
