When we're in the mood for a fun and exciting bottle of bubbles, we always turn to Marco's pet-nat. This sparkling white wine is made from biodynamically grown Garganega, Glera, Muscat Blanc, and Trebbiano grapes, which are bottled before fermentation is complete. The result is a slightly cloudy sparkling wine with aromas of lemon, green apple, and almond. Concentrated and vibrant, it is a natural wine full of pep and freshness.
