Ballu Tundu is a 100% Cannonau Riserva made from ancient vines growing at an average altitude of 650 meters above sea level. The grapes are processed naturally, following the traditional and time-honored methods of our ancestors.
It releases powerful and enveloping aromas of wild berries and spices, with distinct notes of myrtle, juniper berries, and mastic—typical scents of the local Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is powerful, fresh, and savory; as it evolves, it reveals great balance, expressing all the energy of the ancient vineyards of Mamoiada.
