Campo di Mandrie is a Falanghina macerated for a third of its mass on the skins for about 5/6 days. The remaining two-thirds are aged for 12 months in steel and French oak tonneaux. This is just enough to give a savory and full-bodied texture to a tense and fibrous liquid that brings the entire landscape of the Sannio region to the glass, from the ferns of Prata to wild flowers, from cut wheat to orchards. A strongly territorial white wine.
