Sonne Trentino Rosso
CHF24.50

First release of Paolo Ferrara, a great wine lover, on his first experience in Trentino territory, in the cellar of the already well-known Matteo Furlani. After a friendship born a few years ago, they develop the idea of collaborating together and Sonne is the first (but not the last) fruit of this union.
A light and very drinkable wine, but with a nice extraction and character despite the 10.5 degrees. Blend of 4 grapes, 3 of which are red: negrara, pavana della valsugana and turca from the 2021 vintage, which macerate 20 days and were aged in steel and Chardonnay from the 2023 vintage in direct pressing.
Extraction, fruit, acidity and minerality, bottle that lasts very little once opened!
