“BOTANICAL HERBS AND CITRUS FRUITS” We wanted to dedicate two different visions to this beautiful grape. Two different macerations, a short one for Piantagrane and a long one for Guastafeste. An exceptional base grape that can only give its true essence through maceration. Guastafeste is harvested at the last moment, almost at the same time as the red grapes, to obtain maximum concentration. In this way, through long maceration in wooden barrels, we are able to extract all those botanical notes. This wine is nicknamed “a failed Vermouth”. Wormwood and rosemary are the main ingredients.
