Tinto di Spagna Rosso Toscana

Among Antonio Camillo's new wines, this pure Grenache deserves a special mention. It is a rarity in Tuscany, but a fairly common grape variety in neighboring Sardinia. Compared to Sardinian models, this wine is more relaxed and the Tuscan terroir adds its own personal touch, enhancing notes of violet and cherry reminiscent of Sangiovese, followed by darker, meatier notes that bring it closer to the Sardinian model. Dark fruits, thyme, fennel, cinnamon, helichrysum, and rosemary, with a taste of black cherries and horseradish and unusual and intriguing vegetal notes. On the palate, it is broad, dry, and velvety, without annoying tannins, but rather capable of streamlining and revitalizing the whole.
