From mixed soils of schist, sandstone, rhyolite, sand, and clay distributed between 150 and 600 meters above sea level. Rigomale is a ditch, but also an unconventional white wine. It is the balance between opposites: the long process of Trebbiano, left to rest on the skins in amphora for a few months, meets Malvasia, acidic and vibrant. The Malvasia grapes are pressed directly as whole clusters and then fermented in cement. Trebbiano is vinified in two different ways: half with direct pressing in cement and half with maceration for 4 months in amphora with daily pump-overs and manual punch-downs during fermentation. 10% of the mass is aged for 6 months in used oak barrels.
