Fiore di Primitivo is a first-pressing, unfiltered “Mosto Fiore abboccato” wine. Made from a late harvest of “Primitivo di Gioia del Colle” grapes left over-ripened on the vine, it is produced in limited quantities on clay soils. The intense ruby red color tending to purplish lingers on the lips, almost like the petal of a flower. On the palate it is dry and velvety; on the nose it is pleasant with an aftertaste of small black fruits in progression, with balsamic veins: all enhancing its elegance and sweetness.
