Primordio Gioia del Colle

From a selection of “Primitivo di Gioia del Colle” grapes comes Primordio Primitivo made with the sun, the earth and the passion of man, with strict respect for the environment. Contained in old vineyards over sixty years old located on limestone/clay soils, this wine is unfiltered, unclarified, unbarrelled and is racked twice , before being bottled. It is harvested by hand in small crates and ferments spontaneously in the cellar with its own yeasts (indigenous yeasts). A well-structured wine with soft tannins, an intense ruby red color tending to violet, fairly pronounced varietal aromas: all elements that make Primordio a full, warm wine with a fruity aftertaste and a delicate hint of spices.
