MAKING: Following an ancient peasant recipe, the pomace is infused in water for a few days, in order to extract the characteristic flavors and aromas of the variety. Then, the liquid is decanted and mixed with Traminer must, obtained by pressing fresh grapes of the same variety. The mixture is then bottled, when a residual sugar is still present, and naturally ferments in the bottle. The result is a the light effervescence drink, easy and fun.
