The guyot vines produce grape berries that enhance the body and fragrance of the wine, while the spurred cordon vines produce berries that bring acidity and freshness to the wine.
WINEMAKING: Soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vessels. The aging in stainless steel vessels first, in 15hl acacia barrels (12+ months) after and eventually the bottle highlights the minerality of this varietal wine. Unfined and unfiltered.
